a. Information Provided by Users

Song Requests: When you submit a song request, we store the song title and artist name you input.
Local Ministry Data: Setlist data, manually added songs, and audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers, unless you explicitly choose to share them using the application's features.

b. Automated Information

Usage Logs: We may collect anonymous data about the most frequently accessed songs to improve content recommendations (such as the "Popular Songs" feature).
Device Information: Basic information about your device type and operating system is collected for troubleshooting purposes.

3. Use of Data

Lumia Ministry uses the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service.
To notify you about changes to our Service.
To allow you to participate in interactive features (such as song requests).
To provide customer support.
To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.

4. Permissions

Our Android and iOS applications request the following access permissions to function optimally:

Internet: Required to fetch the latest song data, devotionals, and ministry articles from the server.
Camera & Gallery: Lumia Ministry requests access to your Camera and Gallery purely for the text scanning (OCR) feature to extract lyrics and chords. The image-to-text scanning process is performed entirely locally on your device. We do not collect, store, distribute, or transmit your images or photos to any third-party servers.
Microphone (Record Audio): Required when you use the Guitar Tuner feature or when you record practice sessions (Audio Recording). We do not transmit or store your voice on our servers. All processing and storage of recording files occur entirely locally in your device's memory.
Storage: Required to print PDFs, save offline mode data, and create or restore backup files (Backup & Restore). Backup files are entirely under your control locally.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us (for example, YouTube links for song references). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
